Why are different suppliers asked for different data?

Data requests in Infine Connect are intended to reflect the data relevant to your organisation, supplier type, products or services and the Reitan Convenience supplier process.
Not all suppliers are asked for the same data. The data requested may depend on your supplier type, product category, service type, Reitan Convenience requirements, and the data already available from other sources.
For example, product suppliers may be asked for product-level, sourcing, origin, ingredient, packaging or certification data. Service suppliers may mainly be asked for company-level, governance, compliance or due diligence data.
Some fields may be marked as required and others as optional. A required field means that the data is needed for the Reitan Convenience process or related analysis.
Some data may already be pre-filled to reduce manual work. You should still review pre-filled data and correct it where needed.
