Why is some data pre-filled, and what should we do with it?
Learn why data may be pre-filled and how to review, correct or delete it where needed.
Some data may already be pre-filled in Infine Connect to reduce manual work and make the Reitan Convenience supplier process easier to complete.
Pre-filled data may include data about your company and products provided by Reitan Convenience or obtained from selected third-party data sources. It may also include data structured or harmonised by Infine to support the Reitan Convenience supplier process.
Pre-filled data is shown so that you do not need to enter everything from scratch. However, your organisation is still responsible for reviewing the data before submitting or confirming it.
Always review pre-filled data carefully. Check that it is accurate, complete and up to date.
If pre-filled data is incorrect, outdated, incomplete or inconsistent, correct or supplement it directly in the relevant data field. Changes are autosaved.
Depending on the field and your access rights, you may be able to:
- edit the data directly
- replace outdated data with updated data
- complete missing fields
- add more detailed or clarifying data
- delete data submitted by your company
Infine Connect also shows indicators where data appears to be missing, incomplete or incorrectly formatted.
If you correct or supplement pre-filled data, the correction or supplement is treated as data submitted by your company.
If a field cannot be edited directly, or if you believe the pre-filled data comes from an incorrect source, please contact Infine Support.
