What to do if you are unsure how to answer a requested field.
If you are not sure how to answer a field in Infine Connect, first check any help text or instructions shown next to the field or on the right side of the page.
Please do not guess. Data submitted in Infine Connect should be correct and accurate to the best of your organisation’s knowledge.
If the field is required and you cannot currently complete it, check internally who may have the requested data. Different data may be owned by different teams, such as sustainability, sourcing, packaging, product, compliance or regulatory teams.
