How do I know which data is required?
Learn how required and optional data fields are shown in Infine Connect.
Infine Connect shows which data fields are required and which are optional.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). In many places, section headers also show whether the section includes required fields, optional fields or a combination of both.
Optional fields are marked with an OPTIONAL label.
A required field means that the data is needed for the applicable Reitan Convenience process or related analysis.
Why are some fields optional?
Not all data is equally relevant for every supplier, product or situation. Some fields may only apply to certain products, certifications, materials, sourcing models or Reitan Convenience requirements.
Optional fields allow your organisation to provide additional data where available, without preventing you from completing the required information.
Both required and optional data submitted by your company may be used to support the Reitan Convenience supplier process and related analyses.
How can I see what is still missing?
Infine Connect includes progress and completion indicators to help you see:
- which sections are completed
- which required fields are still missing
- which data may still need review or updates
These indicators are designed to help your organisation complete the requested data in a structured way.
