What should we avoid doing with Infine Insight analyses?

Infine Insight for Reitan Convenience gives your company access to CO₂, Evaluation and Risk analyses concerning your company and the products currently included in Reitan Convenience assortments.

These analyses are provided to support your company’s internal preparation and discussions with Reitan Convenience. They should only be used in connection with your supplier dialogue and commercial discussions with Reitan Convenience.

Unless separately agreed or clearly permitted, you should not:

• use the analyses in relation to other customers, retailers or business partners
• use the analyses for public claims, marketing, product claims, sustainability statements or external reporting
• present the analyses as certified, independently verified, regulator-approved, legally authoritative, or as legal or compliance advice
• publish, sell, sublicense, resell, distribute or otherwise make the analyses, reports or related materials available to third parties
• use the analyses for purposes unrelated to your relationship with Reitan Convenience
• rely on analyses based on incomplete, outdated or unreviewed data without checking the underlying data where applicable

The analyses are based on data available to Infine from your company, Reitan Convenience and selected third-party data sources. They are analytical outputs based on available data and Infine’s methodologies.
