What if Infine Connect is unavailable or not working?

Learn what to do if Infine Connect is unavailable, slow or showing errors.

Infine works to keep Infine Insight and Infine Connect available and to resolve errors or disruptions as soon as reasonably possible.

Because Infine Insight and Infine Connect are internet-based solutions, there may sometimes be temporary disruptions, errors or access issues.

If Infine Connect is not working as expected, try:

  1. Refreshing the page.
  2. Logging out and back in.
  3. Checking whether the issue also occurs in another browser or device.
  4. Checking your internet connection. 

If the issue continues, contact Infine support and include:

  • your company name
  • your login email address
  • the affected section
  • screenshots
  • browser and device
  • any error message shown
  • the steps that led to the issue
