Can we save data and continue later?

Yes. Infine Connect autosaves data you enter so your organisation can continue later.
You do not need to complete all sections or fields in one session. This is useful when different people in your organisation are responsible for different types of data, such as sustainability, sourcing, packaging, product, compliance or regulatory data.
Saved data remains available to authorised users in your organisation, so different team members can contribute to the requested data over time.
Before submitting or confirming data, please review it carefully and make sure it is correct and accurate to the best of your organisation’s knowledge.
Can multiple users edit data at the same time?
Multiple users from the same organisation can use Infine Connect, if they have been invited.
To avoid confusion, we recommend that users coordinate internally if several people are working on the same section or data field. Each user should use their own individual account and login email address. Do not share login links, one-time codes, passwords or account access.
How often should we update our data?
You should update your data when something changes or when Reitan Convenience requests updated data.
This may include changes to company details, products, ingredients, packaging, sourcing, certifications, policies or other requested data.
Keeping data up to date helps Reitan Convenience work with more accurate information and supports better supplier dialogue.
