Can multiple people from our organisation use Infine Connect?

Yes. Multiple users from the same organisation can use Infine Connect, and this is generally recommended.

Different people in your organisation may be responsible for different types of data, such as sustainability, sourcing, packaging, product, compliance or regulatory data.

Each user should use their own individual account and login email address.

User roles in Infine Connect

Depending on your organisation’s setup, users may have different roles and access rights in Infine Connect.

• Viewer: can view data available to the organisation in Infine Connect.
• Editor: can view data and enter, update, or edit data requested through Infine Connect.

• Admin: has all Editor rights and can also invite colleagues to the organisation team, remove team members and manage account roles and access rights for other users.

Organisation administrator

The first user created for an organisation automatically becomes the organisation administrator. Each supplier organisation must always have at least one administrator user in Infine Connect. Administrator rights can be reassigned to another user, as long as the organisation continues to have at least one administrator account.
