How do I access Infine Connect?

Learn how to activate your account and log in using a one-time email code.

Infine Connect uses passwordless login. This means you do not need to create or remember a password. Instead, you log in with a one-time code sent to your email address.

First login

  1. Infine sends you a personalised invitation email to Infine Connect.
  2. Click the personal access link in the email.
  3. A one-time login code is then sent to your email address.
  4. Enter the code to activate your account and log in.
  5. Before accessing Infine Connect for the first time, you will also be asked to accept the applicable Terms of Service. 

Later logins

  1. Open Infine Connect using your bookmark, saved link, or the Infine Connect URL.
  2. A new one-time login code is sent to your email address.
  3. Enter the code to log in.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Infine Connect works in modern web browsers and does not require separate software installation.
