Infine Connect for Reitan Convenience

A Reitan Convenience supplier process for reviewing, correcting and completing product, company and sustainability data in Infine Connect.

Infine Connect is Infine’s supplier-facing solution for reviewing, correcting and completing product, company and sustainability-related data.

Reitan Convenience is using Infine Connect across its supplier process in seven countries. If you are invited to Infine Connect as a Reitan Convenience supplier, the request relates to Reitan Convenience’s need to measure, follow up and manage product, supplier and sustainability data in a more structured way.

The data is used for Reitan Convenience’s KPI measurement, Code of Conduct criteria review, due diligence work and supplier dialogue.

Suppliers do not need to enter all data from scratch. Infine pre-fills as much information as possible from existing sources, such as GS1/Synkka data and Reitan Convenience systems. Suppliers are then asked to review, correct and complete the missing information where needed.

The process will work in phases:

  1. You receive an invitation and instructions: You will receive a formal invitation to Infine Connect when your company is included in the Reitan Convenience supplier process.
  2. You review your company and product data: When you log in, you will see the company and product data available for your company. Some information may already be pre-filled.
  3. You correct and complete missing data: You only need to correct inaccurate data and complete the fields that are missing or cannot be collected from other sources.
  4. Infine uses the completed data to create analysis: The data is used to analyse how products and suppliers relate to Reitan Convenience’s criteria and reporting needs.

  5. Suppliers are offered visibility into relevant results: Suppliers will also be offered visibility into how their own products appear in relation to Reitan Convenience requirements. This helps suppliers understand what data is missing, which findings may be relevant and how to prepare for future customer and assortment discussions.

You do not need to take action before you receive the official invitation and instructions.

Infine Connect is not only a data submission channel for Reitan Convenience. It also gives suppliers visibility into relevant analyses, such as how their own products appear in relation to Reitan Convenience requirements. Over time, the same structured data can help suppliers respond more efficiently to other customer requests.
