How is the data we submit through Infine Connect used?

Infine Connect will also provide functionality allowing suppliers to identify data that should not be shared with Reitan Convenience in its original form. Analyses derived from such data may still be provided to Reitan Convenience.
Your company is responsible for ensuring that the data it submits is correct and accurate to the best of its knowledge and that it has the right to provide the data.
Who owns the data we submit?
Your company retains ownership of the data it submits through Infine Connect.
Submitting data does not transfer ownership of that data to Infine or Reitan Convenience.
Infine may use the submitted data as described in the Infine Connect for Reitan Convenience Terms of Use, including to assess products and suppliers and to provide related analyses and reports to Reitan Convenience and the relevant Reitan Convenience companies.
Why is Infine collecting our data?
Infine Connect is used as part of Reitan Convenience's supplier engagement and purchasing processes.
You may be asked to provide data about your company and products so that Infine can support assessments against Reitan Convenience's sustainability, due diligence and other relevant purchasing criteria.
Some data may already be provided by Reitan Convenience or obtained from selected third-party data sources. Infine Connect brings this data together and allows suppliers to review, correct and complete it.
Will Reitan Convenience see the data we submit?
Yes. Data submitted through Infine Connect may be shared with Reitan Convenience and the relevant Reitan Convenience companies for the purposes described in the Terms of Use.
Infine may use the data to create assessments, analyses and reports concerning your company and products for Reitan Convenience.
The data available to Reitan Convenience may include both data submitted or confirmed by your company and analyses or assessments created from that data.
Where data has been identified using the confidentiality functionality as data that should not be shared with Reitan Convenience in its original form, analyses derived from that data may still be provided to Reitan Convenience.
Can Infine use our data for other customers?
Not in a form that identifies your company or its products unless your company separately authorises such use.
Data submitted through the Reitan Convenience workflow is used for the Reitan Convenience cooperation as described in the Terms of Use.
If Infine would like to use data submitted by your company outside that cooperation in a form that identifies your company or its products, your company's separate authorisation is required.
Infine may, however, use anonymised, aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable data and insights to develop and improve its services, methodologies, analytics and benchmarks.
Can other retailers or suppliers see our data?
Data submitted through this workflow may be shared with the relevant Reitan Convenience companies for the purposes described in the Terms of Use.
Infine will not use the submitted data outside the Reitan Convenience cooperation in a form that identifies your company or its products unless your company separately authorises such use.
Infine may use anonymised, aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable data and insights as described in the Terms of Use.
Can we correct or remove data we have submitted?
Yes. You can review and correct data in Infine Connect.
The Terms of Use also allow you to remove data submitted by your company.

Can we identify data as confidential?
Infine Connect will provide functionality allowing suppliers to identify data that should not be shared with Reitan Convenience in its original form.
Analyses derived from such data may still be provided to Reitan Convenience.
If you would like more information about the confidentiality options, you can request this through Infine Connect.
What do “required” and “optional” fields mean?
Some fields in Infine Connect are required because the data is needed for the relevant Reitan Convenience supplier, product or assessment process.
Other fields are optional because the data may not be relevant or available for every supplier or product, or because it provides additional context or detail where available.
Whether a field is required or optional does not change the ownership of the data you submit.
What are we responsible for when submitting data?
Your company is responsible for ensuring that the data it submits is correct and accurate to the best of its knowledge and that it has the right to provide the data.
You should therefore review the data before submitting it and only provide data that your company is entitled to provide through Infine Connect.
Can our company access the analyses created from our data?
Yes. As an optional service subject to a separate access fee, Infine can provide your company with the corresponding analyses and assessments provided to Reitan Convenience.
