The Infine Insight knowledge base includes support articles for common questions about Infine Insight and Infine Connect.
You can search the knowledge base to find guidance on topics such as:
- accessing Infine Connect
- invitations and login
- required and optional data
- prefilled data
- saving and submitting data
- product data questions
- technical issues
Use the Infine Support Assistant
The Infine Support Assistant is an AI assistant that can help answer practical support questions using available Infine support content.
It can help you find relevant support articles, understand the next step, and answer common questions about Infine Insight and Infine Connect.
The Infine Support Assistant is not a live human chat. If your question cannot be answered by the assistant, it may pass the conversation to Infine support for review.
When Infine support reviews a request
Some questions need review by Infine support. This may happen if:
- the assistant cannot answer using available support content
- you ask to speak with a human
- your issue needs technical review
- your question involves account access, submitted data status or other case-specific details
If your conversation is passed to Infine support, Infine support will follow up later.

Infine support cannot make decisions on behalf of your customer or your organisation.
For questions about your customer’s purchasing requirements, supplier relationship, commercial decisions or internal company data, please contact the relevant person in your own organisation or your usual customer contact person.
Infine support also cannot provide legal advice or interpret legal terms, contracts, privacy terms or Terms of Use.
