Yes. You can return to Infine Connect and update, correct or delete submitted data later.
This is useful if your company, product, packaging, sourcing, certification or other data changes over time.
Please make sure that any updated data is correct and accurate to the best of your organisation’s knowledge, and that your organisation has the right to provide it.
How to update submitted data
- Log in to Infine Connect.
- Go to the data field you want to update.
- Edit or correct the data.
- Your changes will be autosaved.
What if a field cannot be edited?
Some fields may not be editable directly, depending on your access rights, the field type or how the data was originally added.
If you cannot edit a field that needs updating, please contact Infine support.
What happens after we update data?
Updated data may affect analyses, reviews, reports or other outputs created through Infine Insight for Reitan Convenience.
Keeping data up to date helps Reitan Convenience work with more accurate supplier and product data.
