Do I need to enter all data from scratch in Infine Connect?

No. In most cases, you do not need to enter all data from scratch.

Infine Connect is designed to reduce duplicate work for suppliers. Before you are asked to review anything, Infine collects and pre-fills as much data as possible from existing sources, such as Reitan Convenience's systems, product databases and other agreed data sources.

Your role is to review, correct and complete the data that is missing, outdated or not available from other sources.

This means that you may be asked to:

• check whether pre-filled company or product data is correct
• correct data that is outdated or inaccurate
• complete fields that are missing
• add data that is only available from you, your manufacturer or your principal

• invite a colleague to help with specific data, if needed 

Infine Connect is not meant to replace your existing product data systems. It is used to bring together the data needed for Reitan Convenience-specific analyses, supplier dialogue, reporting and due diligence processes.

The amount of work depends on how much data is already available and how complete it is. If your product data is already well maintained in existing systems, you may only need to check and complete selected fields.
