Infine Insight, including Infine Connect, is designed to reduce repetitive data work for suppliers over time. In the Reitan Convenience context, suppliers can provide company, product and sustainability data through Infine Connect in a structured format instead of completing separate spreadsheets or questionnaires manually.
For Infine Connect for Reitan Convenience, data submitted by your company is used to support Reitan Convenience’s supplier engagement and purchasing processes, including sustainability, due diligence and other relevant purchasing criteria. Infine will not use data submitted by your company outside the Reitan Convenience cooperation in a form that identifies your company or its products, unless your company separately authorises such use.
This means that submitted data is not automatically reused with other customers or retailers in a company- or product-identifying form.
Where the relevant functionality is available and the necessary permissions are in place, submitted data may help reduce repeated data work in the future. For example, your company may separately authorise broader use, or later choose to use additional Infine Insight services that allow data to be reused for new analyses, data requests or service contexts.
Infine may also use anonymised, aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable data and insights to develop, improve and verify the quality and performance of its services, methodologies, analytics and benchmarks.
In practice, keeping data structured and up to date in Infine Connect can help improve data quality, reduce manual corrections and make future data work easier where reuse is permitted.
