What is Infine Insight?
Infine Insight is Infine’s sustainability data and insight solution for retailers, wholesalers, food service operators and suppliers.
What is Infine Connect?
Infine Connect is part of Infine Insight. It supports supplier collaboration, data collection and the management of requested supplier, company and product data.
Suppliers may be invited to Infine Connect when a customer needs supplier, product or sustainability-related data to support reporting, due diligence, risk management, supplier dialogue or assortment decisions.
Depending on the setup, suppliers may also use other parts of Infine Insight.
Who operates Infine Insight and Infine Connect?
Infine owns and operates Infine Insight, including Infine Connect.
A retailer, wholesaler or other customer may define requirements, criteria or data requests that are reflected in Infine Connect. Infine is responsible for operating the solution and implementing the data request process. The solution is not built exclusively for any single customer but it Infine Connect is tailored to serve customers' differing data needs.
Infine is not part of your customer’s organisation. If your question is about your customer’s purchasing requirements, supplier relationship or commercial decisions, please contact your usual customer contact person.
